Booked an appointment to get passports for our 4 children. Was able to get an appointment in 1 day. It was a seamless process and we were able to complete the whole transaction in the Children's room where the kids had the opportunity to play and read. The whole process for 4 children and renewals for us took about 45m. I would highly recommend the library for your passport filing needs.

My daughter and I both got our passports last night at the library. The woman working with us was punctual, professional and friendly. We were in and out in less than half an hour. I cannot recommend this service enough. We are very lucky to have this at our town library!!

Highly recommend making an appointment to process your passport at the library. 10X faster than waiting at the library and it was easy and Carla was so pleasant.

Very helpful and the process did not take long at all. Post office has a set time during the day to process passport application. The library is local and has convient times available Every one was very helpful

Stumbled here while looking for a passport agent facility that operates on Saturday in a kid friendly environment. Our agent Carla was very kind and gentle. She knew we were there for for our kids so she setup the work area in the children’s room. The kids were able to lounge around checking out books and games (board games, blocks, and iPads) while we focus on the paperwork. Carla also informed us that there is only one way in and out of the room so that made it even easier to watch the kids. Everything was calm and stress-free. It was a very smooth happy process for us.

The Norwood library staff enhance every library visit I have ever had. The librarians are consistently pleasant and helpful, always ready to lend their expertise to answer all queries about resource information, make learning fun through a variety of programs geared to every age and they have guided me through the intricacies of new technology and give me answers to questions I didn't even know I had. The library has a wonderful collection that is always expanding and keeping up with the times. The architecture of this stately building also elevates the library visit; it is a classic edifice in its own right with a beautifully appointed reading room.

This was a great service offered by Morrill Library! Patti was incredibly informative & helpful. Best thing about it was that we were able to schedule an appointment and they have evening hours. No waiting in line or taking time off from work.

All of the staff at the Morrill Memorial Library have just been so helpful. The online booking site is so convenient to book all sorts of appointments from help with my craft projects, tech help, to passport services. I just cannot say enough about this wonderful library!

We needed to apply for a passport for our newborn. The thought of having to go to the post office for this was pretty distressing. USPS are all fine people, but for some reason, they lose their patience with passport applications and always look annoyed (I would imagine that with a newborn it would be worse). I was delighted to see that the library had that service available. We made an appointment and the library staffer met us at the entrance at the time set, walked us to a table and with a smile, grace and lots of patience made sure out application was in order. I absolutely loved it!

Thank you so much for providing this service. I was able to get a same day appointment and was done in 5 minutes. So easy and convenient. Much appreciate being able to have this provided at the library!

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff who were very supportive. It was just a few minutes job with prior appointment.

My family and I went in this weekend to have my son's passport updated. It was so much more pleasant than waiting in the line at the post office which can often take a large chunk of time. We signed up for a new library card afterwards and my 2 & 5 year old loved checking out some books to bring home. I think we'll be here a lot in the future!

Our experience with the Morrill Memorial Library passport service was great. Our "coordinator" was informative, and patiently explained the process to us. The bonus was that my two young girls could play in a fun, safe area without worrying about them too much.

I was able to book an appointment for Notary Services very easily, and within the time frame I needed it. The staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. It only took 10 minutes, and due to the library's great location, I was able to make copies of the notorized documents and walk to the post office to mail them to their destination.

Getting a passport here was great. It went quick. And everyone was very helpful and nice.

Alli was most informative regarding my wanting to eliminate the rental costs for a modem. Lots of information to digest and share with family members.

I think it is a great service,I felt $25 was too high for the service, you collect $25 from each person no matter what they are doing ,$15 should be charged for a renewel

I really liked the service of stitch doctor appointment. It is helpful especially for the beginners from the start to end of any project. Liz is so helpful and is a very good teacher. She explains each of the step in the project very clear . The interest that she showed on my project made me complete the project quicker and even start the next one.
